Not Sorry to Say “So Long” to 2020

12/23/2020

If there’s anything we have learned from 2020, it’s that even now, with just a week left until the year is over, it would be foolhardy to take the opportunity to reflect on all that’s happened in the last twelve months.

There is still plenty of time for some great unknowable to knock us over with one final, unimaginable turn of events.

With that in mind, I’ll hold off on taking stock of the performance of our SmallCap Informer picks until the new year arrives. (I couldn’t help but take a quick peak and our results still maintain a significant edge over the S&P SmallCap 600 index as of mid-December. You can see the results yourself in the Track Record section of the SCI website, where we update performance returns more or less on a monthly basis).

The new year will usher in a flurry of activity for your continued small-cap stock explorations. I’ll be updating the performance of the picks in our Top Small-Cap Stocks for 2020 special report that was released earlier in the year. It should be interesting to see how those stocks may have weathered the stormy 2020 climate.

I’ve also started preparing our Top Small-Cap Stocks for 2021 edition. In what’s now become an annual tradition, I’ll be highlighting the top selections from our coverage universe that are best positioned to deliver the highest returns in 2021. You’ll be able to download the Top Small-Cap Stocks for 2021 edition in the first week of January.

Also in January, I will be hosting another of our exclusive subscribers-only webinars, on January 6, 2021. You can reserve your place at this event after logging in to your account at www.SmallCapInformer.com. This is your chance to ask questions about the newsletter methodology, our stock picks, and submit suggestions for new features and tools. I hope you will be able to attend; if not, please do register in order to get first access to the recorded webinar replay.

Stay the course! I wish you a healthy and happy holiday season and look forward to seeing you in 2021.
