What is the User Activity Audit

The User Activity Audit is designed to give detailed information about changes to your club. The report allows filtering information in a few ways:

• Members who have the *Record Accounting Information* permission on their Profile in the People page, can select to see changes made by any member of the club. All other members can see only entries that they, themselves have made.
• The report can be narrowed to show transactions entered for a range of dates; due to the nature of the system, the report does not track entries made before June of 2026.
• The report can track changes from multiple parts of the site, as seen below in the Module drop-down menu; this defaults to *All*, but individual sections can be selected if the club sees a large number of changes in a short period of time.
• The Action drop-down defaults to showing all types of changes, but can similarly be narrowed to show only new changes/creations, updates to existing transactions or entries, deletion (transactions, files, votes, etc.) or restoration (file storage or club backups.
