Member Payment Cents Amounts

This page allows you to set up myICLUB to recognize payments as belonging to specific members based on the number of cents included as part of any member deposit transaction. If you do not see any members listed on the page, click the Edit button to get started.

After clicking Edit the first time, you will see a list of all members that are listed as active on the People page. If you see a member who is no longer in the club, you can clear their name out by going to the People page and clicking the Withdraw/Remove button and following the steps there.

With the page showing a listing of members, all you need is to enter a number of cents that each member will be making as part of their regular payment.

The site does not need to know full dollar amount, so in the example above, any deposit that ends with .05 would be applied to Alan Hale regardless of whether the amount is 10.05 or 234.05 when importing data into your club books.

Click Submit to save the changes, and you are ready to import into the club records.

Things to Keep in mind:

The page will not accept .00 as an entry; if you have a member that does not want to use the cents method, leave the field next to their name blank.

The import process in Broker Sync will not recognize member deposits that end in .00 so if members do not adjust their deposits to incude the specific number of cents you have listed on this page, those deposits will not be imported or will be imported as generic cash entries that need to be deleted and re-done as deposits.

Members cannot share a cents value; the site will alert you if two members have the same cents value, so you can edit and change one of the duplicate entries.
