Size Diversification Reports
Several of our sites and software fill in company size information automatically.
Our web sites currently use the following ranges:
- Micro - below $100 million
- Small - from $100 million - $750 million
- MidSize - from $750 million - $7.5 billion
- Large - from $7.5 billion - $15 billion
- Mega - above $15 billion
If you are tracking stocks in both the MyStockPortfolio and myICLUB.com web sites, you may notice some difference in which size range companies are placed in.
This is because the myICLUB.com site measures stocks by their revenues (sales), similar to the Stock Study form, while the MyStockPortfolio measures size by Market Capitalization.
The company reports on StockCentral, and in The Equity Research Service site provide both a company size by revenue, and market capitalization, for members interested in further research.
While Toolkit also shows a revenue based Size diversification report for portfolios, it uses a slightly more traditional range, as follows:
- Micro - below $100 million
- Small - from $100 million - $500 million
- MidSize - from $500 million - $5 billion
- Large - from $5 billion - $15 billion
- Mega - above $15 billion
While this may be changed in a future update, we do not currently have a definite time planned for the next Toolkit update.
